职位描述
1.负责新产品导入项目系统部分的执行，包括：客户需求的对接/分析/分解，系统能力评估，系统架构设计，系统失效/安全分析，软硬件集成及系统集成测试规范制定，测试结果及其与需求对应的审核）等； 2.负责新产品导入项目的系统相关问题分析、解决及措施延展； 3.牵头进行新产品导入项目中涉及跨部门的问题分析、解决和措施延展； 4.负责新技术导入项目的系统开发任务， 包括：由系统部主导的公司平台级新技术导入项目，系统部其他新技术导入项目（例如新功能开发、工具链开发等）的相关任务； 5.承担系统TFL职责（项目系统窗口及负责），负责系统任务的承接、分配、管理和评审，对项目系统任务的产出负责； 6.根据项目需要，承担PM（项目管理）工作或协助PM进行一部分项目管理工作，特别是研发内部的开发任务协调； 7.负责商务拓展项目的技术支持，包括：客户需求澄清及评估、技术方案生成及客户沟通、报价支持、立项支持； 8.对系统部内部流程、研发及公司跨部门流程/职责分工等提出合理性建议； 9.负责完成分配的流程改善性任务（如作业指导书、开发文件模板、规范及方法论、改善性流程等);
职位要求
1.电力电子、电气、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.5年及以上相关领域工作经验； 3.有良好的电力电子、电机控制、可靠性、功能安全等相关领域理论、实践基础和系统观； 4.熟悉相关产品的设计验证及规范； 5.精通英语可对外交流； 6.主动积极、有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作意识、有一定的领导力。
