职位描述
1、负责组织编制和优化断点以及过程变更控制流程 2、负责组织过程变更工作的开展：接收变更信息（工程更改、法规要求、配额减少等），制定变更管控表，跟踪物料OTS、PPAP、PTR，库存消耗过程 3、负责物料变更通知与实施记录的制定与发布，变更资料的归档管理 4、跟踪生产现场物料变更到断点全过程，协调解决变更过程的异常情况 5、根据过程变更控制流程，公司内部过程异常考核及跟踪所有断点考核实施情况 6、负责维护以及更新MES上的4M变化点管理模块，及时更新变化点看板以及生产系统（如MES）中的相关参数和设置 7、接收、审查和分析来自研发、设计、质量、生产、采购、供应商等各方面提出的过程变更请求（ECR/ECN） 8、识别变更实施的风险和机会，进行风险评估（如FMEA更新需求），确定变更的可行性、必要性和优先级 9、协调跨部门资源（生产、质量、维护、物流、采购、研发等），确保计划的有效沟通与共识 10、更新或创建相关的制造文件草案（如工艺流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、作业指导书、检验标准、设备参数设置等） 11、配合部门完成安排的各项工作，配合进行部门管理 12、上级交付的其他工作。 13、保护本岗位负责的信息资产。
职位要求
1、大专及以上学历，机械类及相关专业等； 2、1年以上汽车制造业相关工作，具备制造工程、工艺工程、生产或质量管理背景者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能分析能力和执行力； 4、熟悉变更管理流程； 5、具备信息安全意识； 6、未发生过信息安全事件。
