职位描述
岗位角色及职责： 1) 负责交付门店的管理工作，包括交付目标、交付过程及交付体验的管理； 2) 负责交付团队的搭建与管理，在保证交付体验的前提下，实现交付目标的达成； 3) 对于交付业务执行的管理，确保交付人员按流程执行，为用户提供个性化交付仪式； 4) 负责门店交付满意度管理，制定措施，不断提升交付满意度； 5) 负责交付中心现场人员、场地、车辆及设施的管理，确保正常运作； 6) 负责门店交付资源的管理，包括车辆、礼品、充电等资源的管理； 7) 管理和处理现场顾客客诉问题，确保客诉问题可以得到快速妥善解决； 8) 负责门店所有交付业务相关的培训
职位要求
任职要求: 1) 大专及以上学历，2年以上的门店运营管理经验，直营模式汽车品牌优先考虑； 2) 具备店面管理能力，能有效运作交付场所/区域； 3) 切实有能力通过团队发展促成出色的顾客体验； 4) 具备跨部门沟通能力，优秀的运营管理能力、数据分析能力和项目管理能力； 5) 具备较强的抗压力和自驱力、乐观、自信； 6) 熟练使用Office等办公软件；
