【岗位职责】 1、全流程销售管控：统筹客户接待、深度试驾体验至成交转化的全链路闭环管理，通过流程标准化与节点优化，实现销售转化率提升。 2、精细化运营督导：落地门店销售团队日/周/月运营监控体系，重点管控标准落地、满意度、目标达成等核心指 3、赋能型团队建设：负责AC培训（如产品知识、话术技巧）等，通过实战陪访、话术演练等方式赋能团队成长 4、完成个人业绩目标并赋能团队帮助谈单
职位要求
【岗位要求】 1、专科及以上学历； 2、有驾驶执照，熟悉汽车驾驶； 3、5年及以上新能源车销售服务的工作经历优先； 4、良好的口才及演讲能力，对事有自己的观点及思考； 5、阳光乐观有活力，须始终保持较强学习能力并积极适应变化； 6、目标感强，团队协作意识强，有一定抗压能力。
