职位描述
岗位职责： 1、根据公司要求，制定门店年度经营目标及实施路径，分解销售等核心指标并监督达成； 2、全面主持门店日常运营，统筹销售业务板块，确保各部门高效协同； 3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，调整营销策略，拓展新客户及渠道，提升市场份额； 4、建立客户满意度管理体系，处理重大客户投诉，维护品牌形象与客户忠诚度； 5、负责门店人员的选拔、培养、考核，建立人才梯队，确保团队高效运作； 6、建立健全门店管理制度及业务流程，监督执行公司及行业规范。
职位要求
任职要求 1、大专及以上学历，汽车工程、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上汽车店管理经验，其中3年以上同岗位经验，熟悉新能源汽车运营者优先； 3、具备销售全流程管理能力，有豪华品牌或集团化4S店经验者优先； 4、具备大型团队管理经验，擅长目标拆解与激励赋能； 5、熟练使用Office办公软件，能通过财务报表、销售数据分析支持决策。
