职位描述
1、进出口相关单证(如合同，发票，装箱单，原产地证等)的制作、管理及信用证审核； 2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档； 3、跟踪每票货物的送货情况，统计核对相关数据； 4、及时准确与货代公司联系装箱，送仓工作； 5、在整个过程中，完成与业务员、跟单员以及客户、货代各方面的协调沟通工作； 6、协助参与收付汇，外汇核销以及退税的跟踪。
职位要求
1、对国际贸易规则和流程有深入理解，熟悉国际商会（ICC）的《统一惯例》（UCP）等相关规则。 2、能够熟练运用各种外贸软件及办公软件，如Word、Excel等，进行文档处理和数据分析。 3、具备良好的英语书写和沟通能力，能够流畅地处理英文商务文件。 4、需要具备细致的工作态度和高度的责任心，确保单证制作无误。 5、需要有一定的国际视野和市场分析能力，以便更好地理解客户需求和市场变化。
