职位描述
1、具备极强的品牌意识、审美意识、工艺指导、创新意识，准确把握市场流行版型趋势； 2、以实用性、可行性为原则，制定各类版型、尺寸； 3、能够及时领悟图纸的设计意图，准确把握版型风格，确保版型风格的打版成功率； 4、灵活运用打版手法，手工、立裁、平面、电脑等相结合； 5、打版时应考虑纸样部位分割可行性，版型分割必须与人体结构吻合； 6、随时关注头版进展，确保头版样衣尺寸、工艺的合理性； 7、核对大货纸样、物料数据，提供大货尺寸、纸样放码，确保大货纸样所有信息的准确性；
职位要求
1、大专以上学历，3年以上打版经验，有欧美版型经验或大型服装公司打版经验者优先； 2、对各类服装面、辅料特性有较强认识，掌握不同产品、面料对版型的要求； 3、精通各类服装的制版、工艺设定、版型和尺码、标准制定及生产流程，对流行趋势十足的把握性； 4、对手工、立裁、放码有较强的认识及操作，能够把握市场版型趋势； 5、具备良好的团队合作和敬业精神，具备良好的协调沟通能力；
