职位描述
1、负责品牌国家站整体运营：制定并执行站点运营规划，统筹站点优化、流量运营、用户运营、内容与活动运营相关工作，对站点流量、转化率、GMV负责； 2、推广策略：制定合理的流量策略，协同管理和维护包括Google/Facebook/KOL/EDM/AFF在内的重点渠道，优化站点流量结构，保障业绩目标达成； 3、流量运营：洞察品牌用户需求，准确清晰传递品牌形象并基于品牌与用户规划，策划并协同实现网站架构、排版、功能、购物流程优化，改善用户浏览、转化、服务、留存与复购指标； 4、活动运营：基于市场与用户需求习惯，完成站点活动规划，并基于规划路标协同拉通活动相关方，实现活动上线与活动目标达成； 5、数据运营：具备数据敏感度，熟悉独立站全业务链路各板块数据获取、归因逻辑，能够基于数据分析结论，驱动调整业务运营思路、改善运营效率。
