职位描述 1. 建立体验验收与准出机制：设计产品从研发到上市各阶段的体验验收标准，确立体验门限与准出规则，将体验验收真正嵌入IPD研发流程中； 2. 构建体验竞争力评估体系：负责体验量化评估模型的建立与迭代；设计主客观体验数据（如实验室量化、用户Beta测试、专家评估等）规则和模型； 3. 输出标准化评估方法论与工具：提炼体验验收的方法、工具箱与标准化复盘规范，并赋能给前线项目体验测试代表，确保不同项目、不同品类的评估标准和操作手法具有一致性和科学性； 4. 持续改进：基于试点过程的问题，持续闭环并升级这套评估标准与验收体系。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年用户体验度量、体验咨询、体验质量管理（TQM/QA中偏体验方向）、或产品体验规划等工作背景； 2. 有主导过中大型产品/业务的体验评估体系设计、度量框架（如HEART模型、NPS度量体系等）或体验验收标准建设的实战经验； 3. 能够将复杂、主观的用户体验反馈解构为客观、可量化的评估指标，对统计学、数据分析及问答规则有深刻理解；
