职位描述
岗位职责: 1.新品光机结构设计,完成光机BOM、3D、2D图档等文件输出; 2.负责样机的装配、调试,并设计过程中需要的关键夹治具; 3.跟进结构相关开模、试装验证、试产、量产等,并协助问题解决； 4.协同光学、散热、软件、硬件跨领域协作,解决各个阶段遇到的各种结构专业技术问题,推动光机顺利量产; 5.分析现有产品结构问题并提出改善对策,优化现有设计,推进产品品质提升; 6.编写产品的设计规范、技术规范、并协助进行专利申请。
职位要求
任职要求: 1.本科以上学历,机械类相关专业,5年以上电子产品结构设计经验(投影行业、无人机、打印机优先考虑); 2.熟悉压铸工艺、钣金工艺、注塑工艺等,有上市产品的设计及生产落地经验; 3.熟练使用solidworks、proe/creo、CAD等设计软件; 4.熟练掌握Ansys等力学、热学仿真软件的优先考虑; 5.具备极强的风险意识和潜在风险分析能力,能够及时识别发现设计中风险点并提供改进方向; 6.了解辅助装调工装设计,懂得基准选取及合理公差分配; 7.具有光机设计经验,熟悉各种光学镜片、器件的固定方式; 8.具备良好的学习能力,沟通能力以及团队协作能力,良好创新精神
