职位描述
工作职责 我们的目标是打造世界一流舒适、专业的产品。本岗位是OSA 治疗仪系统工程师，牵头气泵系统、声学降噪、加湿、电子电源、结构堆叠等核心模块设计。 定义整机硬件系统架构，根据产品PRD，制定各模块量化规格与模块间接口标准； 主导体积、功耗、噪声、热管理等约束下的跨模块取舍决策，带领电子硬件、声学、加湿、结构、患者接口等各模块人员，实现创新方案的落地量产； 主导整机测试与验证方案，推动产品完成 ISO 80601-2-70、IEC 60601-1 等合规认证； 参与关键岗位招聘，协助搭建跨学科硬件团队。
职位要求
任职要求 机械、电子或相关专业本科及以上，5年以上复杂机电产品或医疗硬件开发经验，有整机系统架构师或硬件负责人履历； 跨学科架构能力强，能同时理解气流系统、声学降噪、电源驱动、热管理、结构堆叠中至少3个领域的工程约束，在多目标冲突时能做出有说服力的决策； 遇到复杂问题习惯往底层走——不满足于经验公式，能从物理原理重新推算边界条件； 始终以用户是否真实感受到改善作为工程决策的最终检验标准，不只追求"技术上漂亮"； 有医疗器械合规（IEC 60601、ISO 13485）注册要求下的产品开发经验； 能在不确定性下推动多学科团队形成共识，抗压，执行力强。 优先考虑： 有 CPAP/BiPAP 或正压通气类产品整机开发经验者； 对个人健康产品有热情，愿意把产品做到极致。
