工作范围 The scope of work 反欺诈系统建设、规则部署、数据分析、案件处理 主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 风控反欺诈策略定制与优化：负责汽车金融业务的风控策略设计、流程涉及、实施及优化； 根据业务形态的变化，负责反欺诈数据源的接入、测试、应用和分析； 监控风险指标，定期分析风控数据，确保控策略的有效性。 跨部门协作：与产品、运营、技术等部门合作，确保反欺诈风控策略与业务目标一致;
职位要求
任职要求 Qualifications •本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先； •三年以上金融风控-反欺诈工作经验，有汽车金融业务流程的反欺诈经历者优先； •熟练使用SQL、Python语言，有数据建模经验者优先，以数据驱动，刻画欺诈行为特征； •熟悉汽车金融市场，熟悉新能源销售渠道，具有较强的分析判断能力，了解常见反欺诈场景风险点，并对黑灰产有技术了解和潜伏能力。 优秀的分析和解决问题能力，自我学习能力强，清晰的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协调能力；
