职位描述
1、就海外市场布局、产品与技术出海、国际供应链合作及跨境运营提供定制化法律解决方案； 2、支持国际业务拓展和跨境投融并购合作等项目，包括尽职调查、协议起草及审阅等，能独立对外进行英文谈判； 3、跨部门协同，与国际供应商、合作伙伴沟通，支持研发、供应链、生产制造等各部门完成合同执行，并推动项目落地和执行； 4、跟踪国际及国内法律法规的最新动态，识别跨境业务中的法律及合规风险，提出切实可行的解决方案； 5、支持海外市场日常运营中的法律问题咨询； 6、协助海外公司治理管理等机制与体系。
职位要求
1、国内外优秀法学院毕业，海外知名高校毕业优先； 2、拥有5年左右经验，境外知名律所或知名全球性公司境外相关法律经验优先； 3、有汽车行业相关经验优先； 4、持有海外律师执业牌照优先； 5、熟悉AI法律工具，关注AI发展，并愿意拥抱AI带来的变化； 6、认同蔚来真诚、关爱、远见、行动的价值观，具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力；富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 7、坚持原则、诚信正直，有良好的职业道德和职业操守，工作细致、严谨、敬业，工作态度积极乐观，具有良好的责任感、团队协作精神。
