职位描述
该职位主要负责以下事务： 1、支持管理蔚来集团全球专利布局，包括盘点、维护存续专利资产以及聚焦重点项目的高价值专利打造； 2、支持蔚来集团层面的专利知识与经验的总结与沉淀，更新知识库，优化现有管理体系，并支持融入数据库与 AI 功能中； 3、支持对接部分研发部门层面的全周期专利工作，包括专利检索报告、申请文件、审查意见答复材料、侵权风险排查以及支持对应研发部门的战略知识产权项目、侵权线索跟进、知识产权协议初审等； 4、支持知识产权类政府项目申报工作。
职位要求
学历、工作经验及技能要求： 1、国内外知名院校法学专业或理工科本科及以上学历，已通过国家专利代理师资格考试，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先； 2、5年以上专利法律事务处理经验，具备知名律所背景，深度且长期服务固定大型国内外科技或高端制造业客户优先； 3、在专利申请、整体布局、难点攻坚方面有专长； 4、英语可作为工作语言，能与海外团队进行专利与技术沟通； 5、拥有出色的跨职能团队协作精神和项目管理能力，能够高效统筹并推进多个并行项目； 6、认同蔚来真诚、关爱、行动、远见价值观，具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力；富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 7、坚持原则、诚信正直，有良好的职业道德和职业操守，工作细致、严谨、敬业，工作态度积极乐观，具有良好的责任感、团队协作精神； 8、熟悉AI法律工具，关注AI发展，并愿意拥抱AI带来的变化； 9、工作地点为上海。
