职位描述
1.负责产品可靠性需求分析，产品测试方案的制定； 2.负责产品可靠性测试用例的制定，评审、实施； 3.设计可靠性风险评审及跟进,可靠性测试用例适配,可靠性测试策略及资源匹配,市场可靠性问题解决等； 4.产品可靠性,环境试验计划制定、需求分析、方案,大纲设计、测试执行、缺陷管理和报告编制； 5.产品可靠性质量问题的分析和试验方案的设计、问题的复现和回归验证； 6.产品使用可靠性的数据分析； 7.新的可靠性试验标准和试验方法的研究和引入，解决团队技术薄弱点； 8.产品测试方案的设计和评审，保证产品测试方案的质量； 9.指导团队成员解决在测试项目中遇到的技术难题，如测试方案、技术原理和测试准则等； 10.可靠性,环境试验的设备、工具和平台的引入、开发、改造和维护； 11.编制可靠性评审要素，覆盖技术包括产品可靠性应用、机械应力防护、气候环境防护、应用场景可靠性、异常场景可靠性等。
职位要求
1.工科专业,硕士及以上； 2.5年及以上的可靠性试验、数据统计分析或可靠性设计方面相关的工作经验； 3.有熟悉掌握环境适应性、包装运输、机械疲劳等方面的试验标准和试验技术原理； 4.能够熟练应用至少一种可靠性数据统计分析软件，如：Reliasoft，Minitab，JMP或其它类似工具； 5.熟悉产品开发和测试验证工作流程的优先考虑； 6.很好的沟通能力，团队合作精神,善于从反常的角度去使用、测试产品以发现产品潜在的风险及问题。
