1、区域营销策略落地：对接区域市场团队，结合品牌各车型营销核心方向，深度挖掘属地市场增量机会，紧跟公司整体营销节奏，统筹落地区域整合营销活动，持续激活区域市场势能，提升终端活跃度与市场热度； 2、活动全链路操盘：负责区域市场各类活动的前期规划、方案策划、落地执行及后期复盘全流程工作，涵盖异业联动合作、区域品牌推广活动、品牌发布会分会场、区域主题营销等各类线下场景。结合属地市场特征、用户画像及终端情况，定制适配化活动方案，有效拉动区域销量转化、提升本地品牌曝光度与市场声量； 3、市场调研与策略迭代：持续收集、梳理区域市场相关动态、竞品营销动作、终端用户需求及门店运营痛点，形成常态化市场信息与分析总结，为区域营销策略优化、活动迭代升级、营销资源倾斜提供真实、有效的数据支撑与决策依据。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，8年及以上品牌区域市场、线下营销活动相关工作经验，具备异业资源、品牌渠道资源者优先； 2、熟悉线下整合营销活动全流程运作逻辑，具备独立完成区域活动策划、落地执行、现场统筹、数据复盘的完整能力，可独立输出高质量活动方案、工作总结及复盘报告； 3、具备优秀的跨部门、跨区域沟通协调能力与现场控场、应急处置能力，高效对接区域团队、合作渠道及内部团队，可接受短途出差工作； 4、具备良好的数据思维与复盘能力，擅长通过活动数据拆解效果、定位问题、总结经验，持续优化活动模式与营销打法，提升活动投产比； 5、目标导向清晰、执行力极强，热爱市场营销工作，具备敏锐的市场洞察力、灵活的问题解决能力和较强的市场开拓意识。
