职责描述： 本岗位为电池系统产品研发部门职位。基于电池系统产品设计阶段需求完成工艺开发，实现创新产品设计的前期工业化目标 主要工作内容： 1. 研发项目阶段电池系统产品的工艺开发。包括： - 研发阶段电池包系统设计方案评审、零部件设计评审 - 规划电池包系统设计的工艺方案；完成各个研发阶段产品的可制造性评审 - 规划样件试制所需的资源需求；主导需求实现（与组织内各职能小组合作-工装设备工艺需求SOR，等） - 研发项目阶段各节点工艺开发技术状态汇报 - 研发项目阶段工艺文档编写 2. 试制工程技术开发、验证与实现 - 零部件属性适配工艺方案的可行性分析与实现（工艺验证方案开发、验证计划与验证实施） - 具体的工艺方案开发（产品设计指标的符合性开发-测试方法、验证方案、工艺规格书等） - 创新工艺技术的开发（对标行业技术、产品和趋势；基于产业化收益和设计属性收益） - 技术文档编写
