我们正在发展横跨智能硬件、宠物、时尚配饰、双轮的新业务版图。生活方式产品。 你将是从 0→1 的关键产品负责人，不仅定义产品，更定义一种新的生活方式表达。 这不是一个执行型产品PM岗位，而是一个有产品想象力和商业判断力的产品创业者角色。 工作职责 产品战略与机会洞察 基于城市生活方式洞察，识别可规模化的新产品机会 参与新业务方向评估（智能硬件 / 宠物 / 时尚配饰等） 定义产品定位、用户价值与差异化策略 输出清晰的产品体验思考 0→1产品打造 主导从概念、定义、打样到量产的完整产品流程 与设计、工程、供应链协同推进产品落地 建立产品规格（PRD）、成本结构与质量标准 推动小批量试水与快速迭代机制 供应链与落地管理 对接并筛选供应商、打样工厂、材料资源 理解基本制造工艺、成本构成与交付周期 关注合规、认证与不同市场的法规要求 控制产品节奏、成本与上市质量 用户与市场反馈闭环 搭建用户测试与反馈机制 基于数据与真实使用场景持续优化产品 与品牌/营销团队协同打造产品叙事
职位要求
背景/能力要求 5–8年产品相关经验（智能硬件 / 宠物 / 时尚配饰 / 生活方式品牌优先） 有完整0→1产品落地经验 有硬件或实物产品经验与交互体验经验 对新事物保持好奇和野心 审美在线，对产品完美呈现有追求 对城市生活方式有真实体感和洞察 理性结构 + 感性审美同时在线 懂供应链基本逻辑（打样 / MOQ / 成本 / 交期） 有基础法规与认证意识（如CCC / CE / FCC等为加分） 能协同内外部资源主导推动事情落地
