职位描述
熟悉国网、南网科技项目运作流程，可独立支撑科技项目立项、投标售前技术工作，统筹项目全周期技术交付管理； 负责售前技术支持，围绕电网互动、储能、虚拟电厂方向开展客户调研与技术宣讲，挖掘业务痛点，输出差异化可落地技术解决方案； 牵头售后项目交付工作，全程参与项目开题、实施、中期检查、成果鉴定、技术答辩等重要节点；具备编制立项报告、验收报告、撰写论文、专利交底材料的能力； 掌握电网互动相关技术体系，熟悉虚拟电厂聚合调控、负荷侧需求响应、分布式资源并网控制、储能参与电网互动技术原理与落地路径；结合电网运行约束设计资源互动方案，主导项目方案设计、关键技术攻关与实施落地； 跟踪全国电力市场政策与交易规则，提供售电业务技术支撑，包含市场研究、售电采购、合同技术条款梳理、市场分析报告编制等工作。
职位要求
电力系统及其自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的电力专业理论基础； 5年及以上电力市场相关工作经验，长期深耕电力市场领域，熟悉电力市场交易业务，拥有售前、项目实施、验收答辩全流程项目经验； 了解虚拟电厂、需求响应、储能、分布式能源相关技术与业务模式，有储能行业从业经历优先； 具备优秀文档撰写能力，可独立输出技术方案、研究报告、专利及论文； 沟通逻辑清晰，具备独立对接客户、推进项目落地能力。
