职位要求
核心素质要求 - 工程落地能力和系统闭环思维: 不停留在算法研究或Demo跑通,而是实现工程长期可靠应用;不停留在实现某一功能,而是构建业务全程闭环系统,低维护、高可靠； - 技术前瞻性和路线制定能力：持续跟踪技术趋势，评估制定技术路线； - 团队培养意识 技术要求 - 计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历；3年以上机器人算法或控制系统开发经验。 - 具备多自由度灵巧手实际开发经验，深入掌握至少一种控制策略（阻抗/导纳控制、力/位混合控制、MPC或WBC），并具备触觉反馈应用经验。 - 具有双臂机器人、多体机器人协同开发经验，熟悉协同控制、碰撞检测、力分配及闭链约束处理等。 - 熟悉VLA/VLM模型（RT-1/2、Octo、OpenVLA）或模仿学习（Diffusion Policy、ACT），熟悉TensorRT、ONNX Runtime；有WAM模型应用经验更佳。 - 熟悉高保真接触仿真环境搭建（Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、SAPIEN），具有Sim2Real部署经历。 优选要求: - 具有机器人工程落地经验，或有机器人进厂的量产部署与交付。 - 加分项：顶会论文（ICRA/IROS/RSS/CVPR/ICML/NeurIPS）并具备工程转化能力；3人以上技术团队管理经验，具备带教新人经历更佳。
