职位要求
(一）专业要求 1. 本科及以上学历，排水工程、暖通工程、建筑环境与设备工程等相关专业，3年及以上相关岗位工作经验 2. 精通排水系统、暖通设备（空调、通风等）的工作原理、运维流程及维修技术，能够独立处理各类常见故障及复杂问题。 3.精通特种设施管理的相关内容，包含报审报验，合规风险辨别，能够做好特种设施使用过程中的全生命周期管理； （二）技能要求 1. 能够熟练使用CAD软件，具备独立绘制、修改排水、暖通相关图纸的能力，熟悉图纸规范及行业标准。 2. 具备优秀的跨部门交流协调能力，善于沟通对接，能够高效推进跨部门协作事宜，解决协作过程中的分歧与问题。 3. 熟悉设备设施管理流程，具备丰富的设备设施管理经验，了解并能规范输出TPM、WI、SOR相关文档及记录 4. 熟悉厨房设备设施，电器设施专业优先考虑 5. 持有安全管理员，注册安全工程师，注册消防工程师，特种设施管理等资格证书优先考虑 （三）经验要求 1. 有带领维修团队的工作经验，具备团队管理、任务分配、技能指导及考核的能力，能够打造高效、专业的维修团队。 2. 有工业厂房/生产园区，楼宇等相关场景排水、暖通设备运维经验者优先。 3.具有工厂安全管理经验，有设备改造、节能优化相关项目经验者优先考虑
