岗位职责 岗位定位： 作为一名智能电动汽车整车动力系统性能标定工程师，在项目中对车型的扭矩控制功能进行标定及验证，与蔚来汽车内部跨职能团队密切合作，负责整车驾驶性、稳定性、平顺性、操纵性控制开发，准确判断车辆是否满足电控运动控制系统功能和性能开发要求，确保有竞争力的车辆动态性能可以按时交付，以支持行业领先技术可以顺利落地。期待技术过硬、充满激情的你，加入我们，一起为提供创新高效的技术方案和为持续迭代行业领先的卓越性能而不断努力。 岗位责任： 1. 负责制定车型和平台扭矩控制性能标定开发计划，按照性能要求开展扭矩功能控制标定，包含Pedal Map，分配，扭矩滤波，能量回收，VAF等性能标定，并参与评价和验收工作 2. 负责开展竞品车制动性能的对标和测试工作，输出对标报告 3. 支持相关运动控制系统相关新功能系统和软件开发，标定和测试评价 4. 负责相关系统技术文件的编写，归档，支持系统能力建设 5. 负责运动控制相关性能与质量问题排查与解决，并完成闭环
