职位描述
1.负责工厂相关数字化系统的平台开发及定制化开发工作，把握系统整体架构优化及技术实现； 2.配合项目团队，确保数字化系统按期上线； 3.负责编制系统软件开发过程文档； 4.配合开发标准化流程制定和实施； 5.完成软件系统的开发设计工作，包括技术需求设计，概要设计，详细设计等； 6.负责各系统的发布工作，协助进行各阶段的测试工作； 7.解决数字化系统在运行期间的问题，确保系统稳定可靠的运行； 8.负责代码、数据库等设施的管理运营； 9.配合团队进行技术成果总结、分享、转化及标准化工作；
职位要求
1.具备3年以上离散型制造系统软件相关开发经验； 2.有至少2个上线的Vibe Coding案例经验； 3.作为核心人员完整参与过2个以上制造业数字化系统项目； 4.熟悉.NET平台和C#语言，精通WinForm开发；对JAVA、Python开发语言也有一定经验； 5.熟悉基于MSSQL、MySQL等主流数据库的编程，对脚本、Procedure等精通，深入了解数据锁及排错机制，具备数据库诊断运维能力； 6.掌握WebService、WebAPI的编写及调试。 7.熟悉计算机网络通讯知识、工业网络通讯知识，有相关通讯集成经验； 8.熟悉AI技术，并熟练使用工作相关AI工具； 9.优秀的独立开发能力，良好的代码编程习惯及较强的文档编写能力； 10.具有良好的团队合作能力和自我学习能力； 11.对技术趋势有一定前瞻认识，有一定创新思维，能提出创新性想法； 12.具有良好的沟通、协调能力，逻辑思维能力强，表达清晰，工作积极主动，具备团队合作意识，责任心强，能承受高强度的工作压力；
