职位描述
1、处理各类民商事仲裁案件； 2、为公司运营过程中的潜在争议提供日常咨询和解答； 3、与外聘律师、司法机关、裁判机构等进行沟通和协调； 4、总结案件处理经验，及时发现潜在风险，提出预防和应对措施； 5、进行法律培训； 6、依托蔚来集团AI转型顶层战略，全面参与争议解决相关各项事务的AI转型策略及方案的研究、制定和落地。
职位要求
1、国内外知名法学院校法学专业本科及以上学历； 2、知名律所/企业/法院争议解决领域，7至15年工作经验； 3、具备AI平台搭建、AI法务工具运用及人工智能领域相关法律事务处理经验的优先； 4、具有中国法律职业资格，持有其他国家/地区的法律职业资格证书者优先； 5、认同蔚来真诚、关爱、行动、远见价值观，具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力；富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 6、坚持原则、诚信正直，有良好的职业道德和职业操守，工作细致、严谨、敬业，工作态度积极乐观，具有良好的责任感、团队协作精神； 7、工作地点为上海。
