职位描述
1、参与交易架构设计，起草、审核投资协议、股东协议、增资协议、资产收购协议、交割文件等； 2、全程参与境内外商务谈判，把控交易法律风险，协调交割手续办理； 3、协助再融资项目法律支持，起草融资配套法律文件，配合外部机构完成材料申报，保障项目落地； 4、投后法律管控，处理退出方案，完善投后合规台账； 5、跟踪国际及国内法律法规的最新动态，识别跨境业务中的法律及合规风险，提出切实可行的解决方案； 6、国际项目支持：协助海外市场布局、产品与技术出海、国际供应链合作及跨境运营； 7、支持海外市场日常运营中的法律问题咨询； 8、协助海外公司治理管理等机制与体系。
职位要求
1、国内外优秀法学院毕业，海外知名高校毕业优先； 2、拥有5-10年左右经验，境外知名律所或知名全球性公司境外相关法律经验优先； 3、有汽车行业相关经验优先； 4、持有海外律师执业牌照优先； 5、熟悉AI法律工具，关注AI发展，并愿意拥抱AI带来的变化； 6、认同蔚来真诚、关爱、远见、行动的价值观，具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力；富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 7、坚持原则、诚信正直，有良好的职业道德和职业操守，工作细致、严谨、敬业，工作态度积极乐观，具有良好的责任感、团队协作精神；
