职位描述
搭建并优化商业研究与分析框架，输出可落地的数据模型与分析方案，助力区域公司提升经营管理效率。 深度挖掘并对齐真实业务需求，运用数据分析工具挖掘业务价值与核心洞察，支撑关键商业决策，推动解决方案落地。 负责数据开发相关工作，包括数据建模、数据清洗、转换等数据处理全流程，建立数据质量管控机制，保障数据准确性、完整性与可用性。 负责业务分析报表体系搭建与迭代，针对重点业务问题开展专项分析，输出完整、高质量的分析报告并形成可落地的结论。 具备优秀跨部门协同与沟通能力，深入业务一线，联动总部职能部门与各区域公司，基于数据提出运营假设并完成验证，为业务优化提供数据依据。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，商业分析、经济学、数学、统计学、信息管理、计算机等相关专业，硕士优先。 具备商业分析、数据分析相关实习经验，具备汽车行业或互联网行业经验优先。 逻辑思维严谨，具备快速拆解、梳理复杂业务逻辑并转化为分析思路的能力。 扎实掌握数据结构与算法基础，熟练编写高效 SQL 语句并具备 SQL 优化能力，可精准完成复杂数据查询与处理。 掌握数据仓库相关知识，熟练完成数据提取、清洗、整合与统计分析工作，具备数据建模与数据质量管控经验 精通至少一种关系型数据库（SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL 等），有 Hadoop、NoSQL 使用经验优先。 熟练使用至少一种数据可视化工具（Tableau/BO/QlikView 等），精通 MS Office。 熟练掌握至少一种统计分析工具（Python/R/SPSS/SAS 等），有机器学习相关经验者优先。
