职位描述
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities · 负责密封条及外装饰件（亮条、外立柱饰板）的设计开发； · 分解项目目标（成本、时间、技术、质量等），与产品开发团队核心成员紧密配合，构建满足成本目标的产品和工艺开发路径，完成技术标准； · 配合前期工程同事，基于整车架构、造型和相关性能要求，给出详尽的技术路线和解决方案； · 把握项目进度，支持项目全生命周期的交付，参与关键阀点技术评审，确保各交付物满足项目要求； · 与VI属性团队一起制定密封策略和目标，特别是在封闭工作、NVH和水/空气联动方面； · 与跨职能团队和供应商一起设计每个密封件的轮廓和主截面（动态、静态和铝装饰件部分）； · 支持采购进行供应商定点，支持PQM进行PPAP，支持AAR审批； · 按照NPDP制定开发计划，与供应商共同控制数据质量和发布时间； · 组织（定期）与跨职能团队和供应商的技术评审会议，处理所有未解决的问题； · 与供应商和VI属性团队一起检查DVP，跟踪供应商验证流程； · 解决量产、验证和售后问题，管理工程变更（成本、时间、技术、质量）； · 维护公司设计规范、SSTS、检查清单、DFMEA等。
