蔚来，蔚来已来，蔚你而来。作为全球范围内第一家“用户企业”，从创立之初，通过提供高性能的智能电动汽车与极致的用户体验，致力于为用户创造愉悦的生活方式。为此我们一切工作从用户利益出发、持续创新，努力为用户创造超越期待的全程体验。真诚、关爱、远见、行动是我们信奉的企业价值观，在这里我们为用户创造价值、也能实现自我价值，加入我们，一起成为有想法、有品位、靠谱的朋友。 岗位职责 1、负责车身功能件系统的开发及性能优化，车身功能件系统包括：四门两盖开启系统（锁，把手），四门两盖支撑系统（电撑杆，气撑杆），侧门升降系统（升降器，角窗，玻璃），密封系统（动，静态密封条，防夹条），雨刮和洗涤系统，手动/电动天幕遮阳帘系统，内外后视镜系统； 2、负责相关功能件系统的功能/性能目标设定，有正向开发经验，有能力指导供应商进行结构优化，以满足不同项目的具体需求； 3、负责各系统设计标准、检查清单、DFMEA，DVP大纲等文件的编制及迭代； 4、快速响应，分析解决造车、试验及售后出现的问题，指导供应商给出解决方案并推动落实 ； 5、能清晰地辨识出涉电系统的软硬件边界，有能力支持软件标定工作； 6、负责新技术引入及应用； 7、对感知质量有敏感性，能从用户角度给出功能件的优化方向，并推动落地。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历；机电工程、车辆工程、机械类专业毕业； 2、英语四级以上，良好的听说读写能力； 3、10年以上车身功能件系统开发、新技术推广等相关工作经验； 4、熟悉汽车开发流程及标准，熟练运用CATIA； 5、善于跨部门合作、有大局观，具备优秀的逻辑思维及高效沟通能力
