职位描述
1.出口管制合规（核心）：主导搭建公司EAR及中国两用物项合规体系；负责ECCN归类筛查、供应商涉美物项排查及黑名单交易对手审查，撰写合规整改报告。 2.大合规体系：搭建公司法律合规框架，包括商业行为准则、反腐败反贿路、关联交易、劳工环保、公平竞争和商业秘密保护等。 3.数据合规：落实《个人信息保护法》及数据出境安全评估，制定公司数据分类分级制度，审核研发测试过程中的跨境数据传输合规。 4.合规整改：配合外部律师完成历史沿革梳理，进行各类合规核查及整改。 5.监管应对：跟踪BIS、OFAC及中国商务部最新法规，提前预警供应链断裂风险。
职位要求
1.知名境内外院校法学或相关专业背景，持有法律职业资格证。 2.5年以上律所或大型科技公司法务经验，其中至少2年专注出口管制或跨境合规业务。 3.硬性门槛：有半导体、通信或高科技制造业合规实务经验，熟悉ECCN分类规则。 4.英语可作为工作语言（需直接审阅英文管制清单和协议）。 5.工作严谨细致，具备独立推进复杂事项的能力；逻辑清晰，善于将监管要求转化为可操作规程。 6.工作地点为上海。
