职位描述 1. 负责质量领域（前期质量、制造过程质量、售后问题处理）AI智能体产品的需求梳理，与研发、制造、质量等业务部门紧密合作，挖掘质量场景中的痛点与价值，转化为可落地的智能体产品方案 2. 负责面向质量场景的AI智能体核心开发工作，包括但不限于智能体架构设计、Prompt与工作流编排、工具调用集成、多智能体协作机制搭建等，支撑前期质量问题预警、制造过程异常识别、售后问题根因分析与解决方案推荐等应用 3. 负责制造过程与售后质量相关的时序预测类深度学习算法开发，包括但不限于车辆传感器/工艺数据处理、特征工程、异常检测与趋势预测模型搭建、训练与调优，支撑过程质量的提前预警与管控 4. 负责智能体与算法模型的测试与部署，包括但不限于质量场景测试数据集搭建、测试评估体系设计、模型/智能体上线部署、质量应用系统搭建等 5. 支持已落地质量类AI场景（如前期质量分析、过程异常预警、售后问题智能诊断等）的持续运营与提升，快速响应现场问题排查、根因定位与系统迭代需求 6. 撰写技术文档，包括智能体/算法设计说明、开发进度报告、测试与评估报告
