职位描述
1.负责空调热管理软件测试规范的编制与维护,支持HIIL、环模及整车测试,主导测试过程中的问题分析、定位及闭环解决 2.制定空调热管理软件的测试内容、验证方案和执行计划,推进软件测试与验证工作的实施与交付 3.负责虚拟测试平台的定义与完善,结合整车工况、云端数据及用户场景,制定验证策略与技术实施路线 4.跟踪空调热管理领域前沿技术,结合项目需求开展技术预研与应用开发,持续提升软件开发、测试及标定效率与产品性能 5.支持水路热管理、乘客舱舒适性控制等功能模块功能标定与性能优化工作
职位要求
1.全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上新能源电动车空调热管理软件测试、标定或集成开发经验,熟悉空调热管理系统原理及整车热管理开发流程 2.熟悉空调热管理域各层级测试方法,具备测试用例设计、测试方案制定及测试环境搭建能力 3.具备独立分析并解决空调热管理软件开发、测试及集成过程中复杂技术问题的能力; 4.熟练使用Simulink、CANoe、CANape、INCA等开发与测试标定工具,具备虚拟测试或自动化测试经验者优先 5.熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程及ASPICE开发体系,具备需求分析、技术评审与工程化文档编写能力,能够规范输出测试方案、测试设计文档、测试报告及标定规范等关键交付物 6.具备良好的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力,学习能力强,善于总结归纳,能够用英语进行日常业务交流
