职位描述： 1.负责端到端智能辅助驾驶大模型预训练链路算法研发，基于海量多模态驾驶数据完成模型的基础能力对齐，支撑智能辅助驾驶系统从传感器输入到车辆控制指令的端到端映射能力构建； 2.深度参与视觉-语言模型在智能辅助驾驶场景下的适配研发，设计多模态融合的输入输出架构，打通“环境视觉感知-自然语言指令解析-驾驶动作输出”的全链路逻辑，支撑车辆完成复杂交通场景下的拟人化决策； 3.探索思维链（CoT）技术在智能辅助驾驶场景的落地路径，构建具备推理可解释性的端到端决策体系，让模型在复杂路口、极端交互等场景下输出可追溯的决策逻辑，提升系统的安全性与用户信任度； 4.负责端到端模型SFT微调相关的具体执行工作，参与有监督微调数据集的构建与迭代，基于人类优质驾驶行为数据、专家标注的场景样本完成模型定向优化； 5.协助完成大模型轻量化落地工作，参与设计并实现适配车端算力平台的模型蒸馏方案，在保证核心智能辅助驾驶性能的前提下，将模型推理延迟控制到车规级要求范围内； 6.参与落地数据驱动的智能辅助驾驶模型迭代闭环，执行主动数据挖掘策略的落地，从实车回传数据中自动筛选高价值样本，配合打通“数据采集-标注-训练-评测”的自动化流程，支撑模型能力的持续正向进化。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、机器人、人工智能等相关专业； 2.研究经历和方向涉及轨迹规划模型、生成模型、大语言模型，以及相关的数据算法和训推框架，并在主流方案上有实践经验，如自回归、Diffusion、VLA、世界模型等； 3.具备大模型预训练、SFT微调全流程落地经验，熟悉至少一种主流大模型训练框架，能够独立完成亿级参数模型的训练调优与问题排查； 4.扎实的 Python 编程能力，能够熟练使用 PyTorch／TensorFlow 等深度学习框架； 5.扎实的论文调研阅读能力，能够跟踪业界的前沿进展并具备算法复现的能力； 6.具备将前沿算法研究与量产落地需求相结合的系统性工程能力，对解决复杂实际问题有强烈驱动力； 7.有智能辅助驾驶或具身智能研发经验者优先，在CVPR、ICRA、NeurIPS等顶会发表过相关领域论文，或在知名算法竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
