职位描述
岗位职责 1. 基于业务规划制定业务策略，主动协同总部和大区职能团队和区域协同部门，达成团队目标； 2. 负责道路服务网络的规划和拓展，对所负责区域的运力进行精细化管理，提升服务响应时效和完单率； 3. 负责网格人员招募、培养和管理，提升专员服务能力和专业技能，监督服务质量的提升； 4. 负责道路服务专员的人才梯度建设和团队建设，提升团队士气和向心力，激励专员从外力驱动到自我驱动； 5. 负责道路服务专员团队设备日常维护、物料领用、库存盘点管理工作； 6. 负责团队的安全培训和风险管控，预防安全风险，降低事故率，及时应对处理各种突发异常事件；
职位要求
岗位要求 1. 大专及以上学历，出色的沟通与组织协调能力，优秀的服务意识和突发事件处理能力； 2. 对数据敏感，具备数据分析能力，能利用数据分析识别定位问题，为业务决策提供依据； 3. 思维敏捷，执行力强，领悟能力强，能抗压，具备较强的责任心和良好的职业操守； 4. 3-5年以上一线团队管理经验，有大团队管理经验或者众包团队运营管理经验优先； 5. 持C1及以上驾照，两年以上驾龄；
