职位概述 负责公司数据体系的顶层设计与全面落地，在AI时代背景下构建统一、智能、可扩展的企业级数据能力。该岗位将统领数据战略规划、统一数据底座建设、数据治理体系落地及AI驱动的数据智能升级，确保数据能力深度赋能充换电网络运营、电池全生命周期管理、电力业务等核心业务场景 核心职责 对齐公司整体战略目标，制定数据体系1-3年发展规划与年度roadmap，确保数据能力系统化支撑业务目标 负责团队数据治理体系建设，推动企业数据标准、数据质量、数据安全及数据资产管理体系建设，实现数据资源向数据价值转化。 推动结构化数据建设、知识沉淀与数据治理, 统筹建设统一数据底座，构建覆盖场站、电池、用户、电力等全要素的统一数据模型与指标体系，确保数据的一致性、完整性和高可用性 对标行业最佳实践，持续评估AI技术趋势（如大模型、Agent、多模态等）对数据体系的潜在影响，提前布局关键能力，构建AI原生数据产品体系
职位要求
职位要求 教育背景：硕士及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、信息管理、能源相关专业优先 工作经验：8年以上数据领域经验，3年以上10人+数据团队管理经验 技术能力： 精通数仓分层建模、指标体系设计与数据治理全流程 有完整数据中台搭建或大规模迭代的成功经验 深度理解大模型在数据分析领域的应用，有AI+数据产品从设计到落地的完整经验
