【岗位亮点】 -主导企业数字化学习生态建设，连接内容、平台、人与数据 -推动学习技术创新，探索AI、智能推荐等前沿应用 -支撑人才培养与业务发展的大后方 【岗位职责】 -平台运营管理：负责学习平台全生命周期管理，包括账号权限、课程管理、系统运营等，保障平台稳定运行 -内容资源管理：搭建课程资源库，支持内外部内容建设与管理，对组织内知识进行管理 -学习项目落地：将混合式学习方案在平台实施，配置学习路径、考试测评、证书体系等 -数据分析洞察：建立数据报表体系，通过数据分析优化内容规划和培训决策 -学习体验运营：策划平台活动和运营，提升平台活跃度，优化用户体验和学习氛围 -赋能推广探索：提供平台操作培训，制定推广策略，跟踪学习技术趋势
职位要求
