职位描述
负责底盘转向（EPS系统/后转）的系统开发与验证。 - 负责转向系统需求开发，基于整车工程目标/体验需求/用户需求等，完成转向系统级、机械结构、软硬件需求的拆解、细化，明确接口定义； - 负责转向系统整体方案设计，统筹机械结构方案与电控控制方案，同时负责完成转向核心功能策略开发，搭建并优化转向系统基础功能、VAF功能、ADAS辅助转向功能等各类控制模型，确保各项功能稳定可靠运行； - 负责转向系统的安全分析及故障诊断方案制定，依据法规和安全标准，完成制定转向系统安全目标，搭建系统故障检测和降级机制、冗余控制策略，全程跟进安全机制的开发、落地与验证确认； - 负责转向系统性能指标达成，聚焦转向系统各项关键性能指标，负责性能方案设计，对转向手感/转向刚度/回正性能/NVH等可通过模型仿真、实车参数标定等方式开展优化； - 负责制定DV/PV测试方案及标准化测试规范，完成典型故障场景注入试验，全面验证各类异常工况下转向系统的运行性能、适配性与稳定性，为产品量产可靠性提供核心数据支撑； - 负责牵头转向系统复杂问题的分析与解决，如异响、卡滞、手感、振动等，指导软硬件的优化方向，推动问题闭环； - 技术沉淀与团队赋能，负责总结转向系统全流程开发经验，沉淀核心技术体系，编制/完善技术规范、设计标准与开发手册；负责团队技术赋能，指导初中级工程师提升仿真分析、功能逻辑设计、问题排查等专业能力，助力团队整体技术水平提升。
