职位描述
1、体系建设与管理：负责 线上应用团队软件质量管理体系的规划、建设与持续优化，推行制定统开发，发布，变更，测试等规范、流程与标准，以及流程的审计工作，确保流程的有效执行和迭代优化；建立并完善质量度量体系，并建立相关的指标，工具和看板，通过数据驱动质量改进。 2、全流程质量把控：主导从需求评审、设计评审、代码审查到上线发布的全生命周期质量管理，识别质量风险并制定应对措施；负责线上质量事故的监控和管理，推动大闭环的落地和事故的复盘和执行落地，举一反三，降低线上质量事故； 3、跨部门协同：具有强有力推动和协调沟通能力，与产品、研发、项目，运营以及公司满意度部门，质量等部门充分协同合作 4、质量文化建设：与公司质量部和内部产/研/运紧密协同，推动质量要求贯穿产研全流程。通过培训、事故复盘等方式建设质量文化，提升全员质量意识。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件相关专业，5年以上软件质量管理经验。 2、具备体系化思维，有 0 到 1 建立质量管理体系并落地见效的经历，并取得实际成果。 3、精通软件产品的开发全流程和测试要求，熟悉缺陷管理与事故复盘方法论。 4、具备较强的推动力和流程设计能力，能在敏捷迭代节奏下设计可落地的准入准出机制。 5、责任心强，对用户体验敏感，优秀的跨部门沟通协调，能拉动上下游共同对质量负责。
