一、业务目标牵引 - 承接总部战略目标，制定区域团队VAU及关键任务计划； - 组织目标共识会，推动目标在团队中落地执行。 二、管理体系实践 主导管理体系在区域的落地、培训与执行； 定期复盘、纠偏，持续优化管理标准。 三、重要事项统筹 识别重点任务、安全隐患、外部风险，建立跟踪表； 深度参与关键节点，确保重要事项闭环。 四、组织能力建设 搭建人才梯队，明确岗位画像； 制定培养计划，盘点人员匹配度； 营造公平、积极、阳光的团队氛围。 五、服务体验与安全管理 落地服务标准，分析低分投诉，降低低分率； 处理用户客诉，总结典型案例； 组织安全培训、隐患排查、应急演练及迎检工作，确保安全0事故。 六、设备、物资与电池管理 统筹设备安装、技改、点检、维修； 管理物资采购、库存、仓库5S； 处理电池运维工单，优化电池配比，规范上下架流程。 七、经营改善与团队发展 推进无人值守站建设，提升人效； 管控运营成本，推动营收项目落地； 负责员工招募、培养、绩效考评、价值观活动。
