岗位概述 负责人力资源领域灵活用工合作伙伴生态体系的构建、运营和管理，通过建立和维护多元化的人力资源服务合作伙伴网络，为公司提供灵活、高效、合规的用工解决方案，构建可持续的合作伙伴生态，确保公司在多元业务场景下的人力资源供给能力和成本优势。 工作内容 - 识别公司在多元业务场景下的灵活用工需求，制定人力资源灵活用工合作伙伴生态战略 - 开发灵活用工领域合作伙伴，前置布局合作伙伴资源 - 构建分层分类的合作伙伴运营体系，制定合作伙伴选择标准、评估体系 - 结合政策法规，持续优化公司优化合作伙伴灵活用工方案，构建公司与合作伙伴双赢的长期策略
职位要求
岗位要求 - 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、经济学、法学等相关专业优先 - 8年以上人力资源合作伙伴管理、灵活用工运营或相关工作经验 - 具备万人以上制造业、新能源、互联网等行业中丰富的合作伙伴开发、管理和运营经验 - 具备战略思维和生态思维，能够构建系统性解决方案 - 诚信正直，具备良好的职业操守和商业道德 - 优秀的抗压能力和适应能力，能够处理复杂的合作伙伴关系
