岗位概述 负责公司与各院校的人才战略合作体系建设。通过深度校企合作和行业资源整合，构建可持续的校企合作伙伴关系网络，为公司技术类、销售类、售后类及一线技能岗位等多元化人才需求提供持续的人才供给渠道，打造蔚来校园人才生态。 工作内容 - 制定公司齐校企人才生态发展战略，明确合作目标、路径和关键指标，建立分层分类的院校合作体系 - 负责全国范围内目标院校的开拓与关系建立，维护与院校相关部门的长期合作关系 - 结合公司校园人才需求，设计多元化人才项目与院校合作模式 - 组织和实施各类校园人才活动，建设良好的蔚来校园品牌 - 建立院校合作信息数据库，为蔚来校园人才供给提供数据支撑
职位要求
岗位要求 - 本科及以上学历，8年以上院校合作、校企合作、校园招聘或行业协会运营相关工作经验 - 熟悉全国高等院校及职业院校分布，具备丰富的院校资源 - 具备独立策划、执行和管理大型校企合作及行业项目的能力 - 优秀的抗压能力和适应能力，能够接受频繁出差 - 认可蔚来企业文化与人才理念，愿意长期在校园人才合作领域发展 - 大型企业、科技类公司、知名院校合作经验、行业协会担任职务经验者优先
