职位描述
岗位职责: 1. 跟踪科技政策动态与规划，参与国家科技项目的布局； 2. 整合协调公司内部资源，挖掘科技创新内容，围绕核心技术方向及战略，组织申报国家和地方的政府科技项目，并撰写申报、执行及验收等相关材料； 3. 对接行业机构、科研院所、政府智库等合作伙伴，开展技术交流，寻求科技项目合作机会。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 具备5年以上政府科技项目统筹管理经验，熟悉政府组织架构、项目评审逻辑及财政专项资金管理规范，深度参与省部级重大项目，与主管部门有良好的业务合作基础； 2. 具备扎实的中文写作功底，能够撰写各类项目报告和综合性文字材料； 3. 具备优秀的项目管理与组织能力，拥有项目指南编写、项目申报运作、项目验收等相关经验； 4. 善于沟通，逻辑能力强，对智能电动汽车、人工智能等科技领域有较深积累，具备开拓新业务的能力； 5. 硕士以上学历，有政府部门、科研院所、企业相关工作经验者优先考虑。
