职位描述 负责车辆事故数据平台的日常运营、功能迭代以及专题项目推进，驱动数据平台和车辆质量持续升级。 1. 日常运营：搭建并优化运营流程，保障数据质量，定期产出数据分析报告，并挖掘产品和体系优化方向； 2．功能迭代：收集内外部需求，制定平台持续迭代方案，并推动落地；协同产研团队完成排期、开发跟踪、验收上 线；负责新功能培训文档和运营计划，确保平稳过渡。 3.专题项目：主导事故数据链路提效、成本优化、安全体系迭代等专项项目，推进项目的立项、成本和进度，对项 目目标的达成负责；跨部门协调项目相关事宜，定期组织管理层汇报。
职位要求
职位要求 1.本科及以上学历，汽车工程、计算机、安全管理等相关专业优先；具备良好的英语口语和写作表达能力； 2.3-5年项目管理或产品运营经验； 3. 熟悉数据分析工具，具备良好的数据分析能力； 4. 具有良好的跨部门沟通、协调和组织能力，能够有效地推动项目进展，整合各方资源以确保项目成功。 5. 抗压能力强，能够快速适应变化并作出调整，具备极强的执行力和问题解決能力； 6. 加分项：熟悉新能源汽车、动力电池、车辆设计等领域优先
