工作范围 The scope of work 雨刮/洗涤系统/后视镜/电动尾翼/前后风挡及顶玻璃等车身功能件的开发与应用 主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 1. 产品开发与设计： 负责雨刮/洗涤系统/后视镜/电动尾翼/前后风挡及顶玻璃等车身功能件的整车开发工作，独立完成造型可行性分析、产品数据（3D）布置、安装及环境匹配分析校核。 2. 技术方案与标准： 制定有竞争力的系统开发方案，与造型、总布置部门配合完成前期Package工作；负责编制并发布SOR（零部件规格书）、BOM、D-FMEA、DVP（设计验证计划）等技术文件。 3. 法规符合性： 熟练掌握并确保产品设计符合相关强制法规要求。 4. 项目进度管理： 制定产品开发计划，识别开发过程中的技术风险；推动重大问题闭环 5. 问题解决： 具备独立分析并提出有效解决方案的能力
职位要求
任职要求 Qualifications 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：5年以上相关零件设计经验 3. 专业技能： o 熟练使用CATIA进行三维数据建模、DMU运动分析。 o 熟悉功能件（注塑、喷涂、装配）制造工艺及开发流程。 o 具备极强的责任心与执行力，出色的跨部门（造型、总装、合作伙伴）协调与沟通能力。 4. 语言能力（加分项）： CET4, 口语能交流
