职位描述
核心定位： 作为ONVO品牌内饰系统集成的技术经理（TPL），面向Studio前台，培养方向为兼技术管理 & SIT（系统集成团队）管理的复合型人才。负责统筹内饰各子系统（座椅系统、座舱系统、软饰件、硬饰件、约束系统等）的集成开发与项目交付，是连接工程实现与项目管理的核心枢纽。 岗位职责 1. 内饰系统集成开发与管理 - 负责ONVO各项目内饰相关零件及子系统的开发、集成及发布，按项目时间节点完成各项交付物，并满足性能、重量、成本、制造等要求。 - 统筹跨功能块的系统集成开发，实现高效率、高价值的工程方案，并确保造型意图的工程实现。 2. 跨部门协同与接口管理 - 作为内饰团队与架构工程、上车体工程、全球造型团队之间的核心接口，推动整车级高成本效率的集成方案及时交付。 - 协调与SMT（子系统管理团队）、SOT（系统集成团队）及其他相关团队的沟通，确保会议纪要、技术决策等信息的归档与闭环。 3. 供应商管理与开发推进 - 管理并指导供应商进行零件开发，跟踪DV/PV试验，完成样件及相关文件的验收，保证开发进度和质量。 4. 问题响应与解决 - 支持整车试制、试验和生产，快速响应并高效解决内饰子系统在开发、试验、生产和售后过程中的各类工程问题。 5. 技术决策与能力建设 - 参与内饰团队内部技术决策，协同L3/L4专家组成员推动技术方案评审与优化。 - 推动分层解耦、精致工程等专项工作的落地执行。
