职位描述
1、负责车身功能件系统的开发及性能优化，车身功能件系统包括：四门两盖开启系统（锁，把手），四门两盖支撑系统（电撑杆，气撑杆），侧门升降系统（升降器，角窗，玻璃），密封系统（动，静态密封条，防夹条），雨刮洗涤系统，天幕遮阳帘系统，后视镜系统； 2、负责相关功能件系统的功能/性能目标设定，有正向开发经验，有能力指导供应商进行结构优化，以满足不同项目的具体需求； 3、负责各系统设计标准、检查清单、DFMEA，DVP大纲等文件的编制及迭代； 4、快速响应，分析解决造车、试验及售后出现的问题，指导供应商给出解决方案并推动落实 ； 5、能清晰地辨识出涉电系统的软硬件边界，有能力支持软件标定工作； 6、负责新技术引入及应用； 7、对感知质量有敏感性，能从用户角度给出功能件的优化方向，并推动落地。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历；机电工程、车辆工程、机械类专业毕业； 2、英语四级以上，良好的听说读写能力； 3、10年以上车身功能件系统开发、新技术推广等相关工作经验； 4、熟悉汽车开发流程及标准，熟练运用CATIA； 5、善于跨部门合作、有大局观，具备优秀的逻辑思维及高效沟通能力；
