职位描述
1、基于战略咨询方法论，牵头开展全球电池供应链的全景调研，覆盖上游锂矿、正极/负极/隔膜等核心材料的供需格局、价格周期与竞争态势，输出年度供应链战略洞察报告，为公司锁料、降本、保供决策提供顶层支撑。 2、主导供应链核心体系的优化升级项目，运用结构化分析工具拆解当前流程痛点，搭建从需求预测、采购执行到库存周转的全链路优化方案，推动供应链运营效率提升。 3、负责团队能力赋能工作，将成熟的咨询方法论转化为适配电池行业的实操工具，定期开展战略思维、数据分析、报告撰写的专项培训，沉淀可复用的项目模板与方法论手册，完成团队整体能力升级。 4、对接公司战略、研发、生产等核心部门，协同推进供应链全球化布局、新供应商体系搭建、供应链风险预警机制建设等重点项目，保障公司产能扩张阶段的供应链安全稳定。 5、跟踪全球新能源电池行业的供应链政策变化、技术迭代趋势，定期输出专项洞察简报，提前识别潜在供应链风险并制定应对预案。
职位要求
1、海内外知名院校本科及以上学历，供应链管理、产业经济、材料工程、统计学等相关专业优先。 2、拥有四大会计师事务所/头部战略咨询公司3年及以上全职工作经验，全程参与过至少2个制造业供应链相关的全流程咨询项目，具备完整的项目从调研到落地跟进的实操经验。 3、熟练掌握结构化战略分析方法，能够独立搭建分析框架、完成复杂数据建模，输出逻辑严谨、可落地性强的专业报告，具备优秀的PPT方案呈现与高层汇报能力。 4、对电池电化学、新能源材料产业链有基础认知，能够快速理解电池生产的核心工艺与物料特性，精准把握供应链环节的核心痛点。 5、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，能够独立推动多部门协同的复杂项目落地，结果导向，抗压能力强，适配新能源行业快节奏的工作模式。 优先加分项 1、有新能源、动力电池、半导体等高端制造业供应链咨询项目经验者优先。 2、具备基础的财务分析能力，能够结合成本模型完成供应链降本方案设计。 3、拥有MBA或相关专业硕士学历，熟悉全球化供应链布局规则与跨境贸易政策者优先
