职位要求
基本要求 1. 本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业 2. 2 年及以上软件 / 集成测试经验；了解芯片架构，理解NPU 推理链路、驱动固件、上层软件交互 3. 独立开展测试分析，输出测试策略、识别质量风险、设计场景与用例 4. 具备复杂系统拆解能力，合理划分测试范围、排定优先级 5. 接纳 AI 研发模式，借助 AI 提升测试分析、脚本开发、问题定位效率 6. 熟悉 Linux，掌握Python/Shell 脚本；了解自动化框架、CI/CD、测试工具链 7. 沟通排查、自主学习能力强；可抗压，支持多项目并行，熟悉敏捷开发 优先考虑 - 芯片、嵌入式、AI 平台、机器人、智能汽车相关测试经验 - TensorRT、ONNX Runtime 推理引擎测试，NPU 驱动、固件调试经验 - 模型精度评测、Benchmark，NPU 算力、时延、功耗专项测试经验 - 熟悉完整测试生命周期，掌握接口、集成、性能、可靠性测试方法 - 可解析芯片日志、寄存器，具备软硬件联合根因定位经验
