职位描述
负责 SoC 芯片中高速接口子系统的微架构设计与应用相关RTL 实现，涵盖从协议解析到流片交付的全流程； 负责 PCIe/USB/Ethernet/UFS/DP以及MIPI CSI/DSI 等IP 集成与相关应用开发； 编写设计文档，配合验证团队完成功能验证、性能分析与覆盖率收敛； 负责芯片回片调试工作，配合软件和硬件团队完成硅后测试工作。
职位要求
基本要求 硕士及以上学历，微电子、集成电路工程、电子工程、计算机体系结构等相关专业； 1-6 年数字 IC 前端设计经验，具有 PCIe/USB/Ethernet/UFS/DP以及MIPI CSI/DSI 等任意一个高速接口相关项目经历； 熟练掌握 Verilog/SystemVerilog，具备独立完成接口应用模块 RTL 设计与调试的能力； 加分项 有完整 SoC 芯片流片经验，参与过从定义到 Tapeout 的全流程，并有高速接口的硅后调试经历； 熟悉CXL/UALink协议者优先；
