职位描述
负责公司外部合作伙伴的全生命周期软件质量管理工作。确保合作伙伴交付的软件产品符合既定标准要求，通过过程审计与设计质量评审，驱动合作伙伴质量能力持续提升。 1. 负责公司合作伙伴软件质量体系在合作伙伴项目中进行适配与导入。 2. 深度参与合作伙伴项目开发计划评审，依据产品开发里程碑，独立编写软件质量保证计划，明确各阶段审计要求、产物清单等。 3. 按计划开展合作伙伴软件生命周期设计评审，对合作伙伴输出的关键产物（需求规格书、概要设计、详细设计、测试报告、发布说明）进行符合性评审；针对不符合项，组织进行问题闭环。 4. 建立合作伙伴端到端的需求/代码/测试双向追溯矩阵，定期进行追溯完整性检查，识别因追溯断裂导致的漏测、缺码风险； 5. 监控合作伙伴Bug解决，重大问题风险预警，并牵头组织专项攻关组进行根因分析及应急方案制定。
