职位描述
1、承接上级战略部署，调研拆解能源服务团队业务现状，研判业务长远发展方向，制定业务目标与落地实施方案，统一团队认知，推动各项经营指标落地达成。 2、全面负责能源服务、换电站运维日常运营管理工作，严格管控安全生产标准、用户满意度、运营时效、成本管控等核心业务指标，保障业务高效、稳定运转。 3、搭建并完善能源服务团队人才管理机制，明确各岗位能力标准，统筹负责团队人员招聘、在岗培训、绩效考核、技能提升及员工职业发展规划，持续夯实团队综合能力与整体战斗力。 4、高效处理团队日常临时事务、换电站各类突发事故及用户触点问题，快速闭环各类异常情况，规避运营风险。 5、落地公司各项内部管理体系，常态化跟进制度流程执行情况，攻克落地难点与阻碍，保质保量达成工作目标，并持续迭代优化管理流程与体系。 6、完成上级交办的其他各项工作任务。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上基层团队管理实操经验，拥有能源、电气、机械相关行业工作履历者优先； 2、品行端正，恪守职业操守，工作认真负责、责任心强； 3、具备优秀的沟通统筹、多方协调能力，服务意识突出，可独立处理各类用户触点纠纷及服务问题； 4、逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备出色的问题分析、落地解决能力，抗压能力良好，可妥善处置各类运营突发事件。
